Ladies timings
The ladies floor is open 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. That means you can train before work, between the school run and errands, or after office hours. The gym is completely closed on Sundays.

It's a separate floor, not a corner of a shared gym and not a time slot on the main floor. You can walk in, get straight to work and train with confidence. Equipment comes from the same international brands Body Evolution is known for, including Matrix USA, Vision Fitness, Livpro and Fittech, so you have cardio, strength and free-weight training all in one calm, comfortable environment.

Our ladies floor has a team of around nine female trainers. Whether it's your first week in a gym or you're chasing a new personal best, they build your training around your goals: strength, fat loss, muscle tone or simply feeling fitter day to day.
