  • Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-transferable.

  • Membership is valid only for the person registered and may not be shared.

2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

  • Members are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate in physical exercise.
  • Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
  • Body Evolution and its staff are not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or health complications arising from the use of the gym or participation in training sessions.

3. Personal Training Services

  • Personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice may be considered forfeited.
  • Trainers may modify exercise programs based on the client's physical condition and fitness goals.
  • Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Member Conduct

Members are expected to:

  • Respect other members and staff.
  • Use equipment responsibly.
  • Return weights and accessories to their designated places.
  • Maintain appropriate hygiene and wear suitable workout attire.
  • Avoid abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

Body Evolution reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misconduct without refund.

5. Facility Rules

  • Members use the facilities at their own risk.
  • Food, smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal substances are prohibited within the gym premises.
  • Management reserves the right to temporarily close certain areas for maintenance or operational reasons.
  • Children are not permitted unless specifically authorized.

6. Locker and Personal Belongings

  • Members are responsible for their own valuables.
  • Body Evolution shall not be liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Lockers provided are for temporary use only.

7. Payments and Refund Policy

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.
  • Unused memberships or sessions cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Promotional offers and discounted packages are subject to their own terms and conditions.
  • Failure to utilize membership benefits does not entitle members to refunds.

8. Freeze and Suspension of Membership

  • Membership freezes may be granted at management's discretion.
  • Supporting documents may be required for medical or exceptional circumstances.
  • Frozen periods do not entitle members to monetary refunds.

9. Photography and Media

  • Body Evolution may photograph or record activities within the facility for promotional purposes.
  • Members who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos should notify management in writing.

10. Website Usage

Users of the Body Evolution website agree:

  • Not to misuse or interfere with the website.
  • Not to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Not to reproduce or distribute website content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
