Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and science of healthy living.

Cardio

Cardiovascular exercise is essential good for health. It gets your heart rate up, making your blood pump faster. This delivers more oxygen throughout your body, which keeps your heart and lungs healthy. Regular cardio exercise can also help you lose weight, get better sleep, and reduce your risk for chronic disease.

Aerobics

Aerobic exercise stimulates the heart rate and breathing rate to increase in a way that can be sustained for the exercise session. In contrast, anaerobic (“without oxygen”) exercise is activity that causes you to be quickly out of breath, like sprinting or lifting a heavy weight.

Bodybuilding

Bodybuilding is a physical discipline consists of physical training to increase the size (and strength!) of your muscles, and consequently all the tissues and organs that support the muscles (tendons, bones, cardiovascular system, etc.)

Consultation

The consultation is an opportunity for a coach to get to know the client better and figure out their values and beliefs. A coach needs to extract enough information to truly understand the client and what they are seeking to gain from their fitness journey.
